Manual ID Check
When the Collection Point associated to the Visit has the Check ID setting enabled (see Collection Point section), the Check ID button will be displayed on Other Actions where the user must confirm that the Guest ID was verified.
To use this feature, the System Setting 'enable_manual_id_check' needs to be enabled.
Check ID
1. Click the Other Actions > Check ID to confirm Guest's ID checked;
2. A confirmation dialog will appear. If the Visitor you are trying to check ID for is part of a group, you may choose between checking ID only for this Visitor (Individual) or for the entire Group.
