Expected Visitors

The Guest Dashboard has a widget labeled Expected Visitors from which you can monitor the status of expected visitors.

It has:

  • Visit Acceptance - An icon to display whether the user has accepted or declined the visit (by clicking the relevant button in the invite e-mail) or if the status is currently pending.
  • Arrival Status - A button to indicate the arrival of the visitor on site (System Settings > use_visitor_arrive needs to be enabled).
  • Check-in - A button that allows the user to quickly check a visitor in.
  • Print - Print the badge of the user.
  • Edit - A button that allows the user to edit the visitor details.

The visit acceptance, visitor type and visit reason can be adjusted in the menu settings to show the equivalent information.

A tooltip will appear when the user hovers over the visitor name that will display: Host name, Collection Point, Visitor Type (if enabled in QR Settings), Visit Reason (if enabled in Menu Settings), Visitor e-mail (if user added their e-mail) and Visitors Details (as per QR Settings).
