Open Visitor Log

Once a Guest is registered, the corresponding record is displayed in the Visitor Log. Guest records remain available in the Visitor log after the visit has taken place (i.e. after the visitor has been checked out) or after a visit has been cancelled.

To open the Visitor Log portlet, go to Menu > View > Visitor Log.

By default, the records are ordered according to the Due Date (descending). Cancelled Visits are marked by a red tick in the Reference column.

The Print NDA button allows the user to print a copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement that was signed by the visitor either prior to (Visitor Web App) or during the Check-In. Click on the Print NDA button.

After clicking on the Print NDA button, the Non-Disclosure Agreement will be downloaded in PDF format as shown below.

The PDF will display the content of the NDA that was signed by the visitor, the collection point selected to book the visit, the date and time of the signature, the name of the visitor and the signature. 

The Print NDA button is only available where the NDA has been signed by the visitor.

Show Visit Survey

The Show Survey button provides an overview of the answers submitted by the visitor when answering the survey questions ahead of or during the check-in process. Click on the Show Survey button.

After clicking on the button, the Check Survey pop-up will be displayed. The questions presented to the visitor and their answers will be available for review.

Answers given by visitors to questions marked as Sensitive in the Survey Manager are encrypted. Instead of the visitor's answer, the reference "Encrypted" will be displayed.

VIP Status

There is a column labeled 'VIP' that displays visitors' VIP status (true/false).
