To open a new portlet, click on the menu icon. A list of headings will display:

• Maintain - view corporation’s Host details;
• Task - carry out activities such as register, check-in and collect;
• View - see real time visitor data;
• Report - view overall visitor numbers and statistics;
• Setting - Setup of tdsvisitor;
• Admin - administration of tdsvisitor data;
• Help - view user manual and about portlets.

1. Click any menu heading to display the links to individual portlets. The links shown depend upon the role that the user has been given.

2. Click on a link to open the corresponding portlet. An information message will appear at the bottom right of the screen.
