Visitor Log
Once a Guest is registered via kiosk, QR page, or Reception portlet, the record is shown on Visitor Log. After the check out, or even if the Visit was cancelled, the information remains on this portlet for further queries.
To open the Visitor Log portlet, go to Menu > View > Visitor Log.

By default, the records are displayed ordered by Due Date. Any cancelled Visits will present a red tick on Reference column.
