Cluster Management
Clusters are groups of area assignments (Sites, Zones and Collection Points). They are useful for organisations that have a large number of different areas, allowing administrators to limit data access by making different area combinations to be associated to user roles through User Role Management portlet.

By default, the portlet shows all the cluster this user has permission to view (according to the user role) ordered by Name.
