Vetting Features
The Vetting Features can be configured using the settings available on Admin > System Settings > Vetting.
Check Survey
1. On Visitor Vetting Portlet > Visitor Info, select a visitor and click on Check Survey;
2. The Check Survey pop-up will be displayed. All questions and answers provided by the visitor will be available for review.
Questions configured with the Sensitive = Enabled will be displayed with their Answer = Encrypted.
Approve Visitor
1. On Visitor Vetting Portlet > Visitor Info, click on Approve Visitor;
2. The Approve? pop-up will be displayed where a review note can be provided, click on the OK button to confirm the review approval and close the pop-up.
3. After Approved the visit Review will be updated.
Reject Visitor
1. On Visitor Vetting Portlet > Visitor Info, click on Reject Visitor;
2. The Reject? pop-up will be displayed where a review note can be provided, click on the OK button to confirm the review rejection and close the pop-up.
3. After Rejected the visit Review will be updated.
