Survey Vetting
There is a vetting configuration that, if enabled at survey level, will trigger the vetting process if any question of the survey is answered.

When adding options for the answers to a question, there will be two check boxes labeled 'Vetting Pass' and 'End Survey'.
As per the Answers article:
- Vetting Pass - Defines if the answer is "correct" and as such will pass the vetting in case the vetting process is triggered.
- End survey - Defines if the answer is "incorrect" and will trigger the survey to be terminated in case the vetting process is triggered.
There is a scenario where both checkboxes are ticked, meaning that the vetting has passed but there is no need to answer the remaining questions and the survey will just end there.

Depending on the answer to a selected question by the visitor, there is a corresponding 'Vetting - Pass' and a 'End Survey' column in the Survey Manager which displays the vetting action that will be triggered.
This option cannot be configured for a Free Text type question and will give a 'Vetting is not possible with Free Text type questions.' prompt in the answer section of the portlet and will not allow you to add answers.
Note: If no answer under a specific Question is set as “Vetting Fail”, then all answers will be set to Vetting - Null as shown below. This means that the question will have no impact on the vetting process.
If a question is set to datepicker, the corresponding answer will have an additional checkbox labeled 'Vetting Fail'. This allows the user to select whether to pass or fail based on the answer rather than having 2 possible answers to achieve the same output.

Under Survey Settings, two separate messages can be configured to be displayed when the survey is ended because of the answer received: One when the Visitor has passed the vetting, one when the Visitor has failed the vetting. The Survey section of the 'Kiosk workflow' will show the corresponding message depending on the answer(s) given by the visitor. To edit the text that is returned, double click on the message and this will allow you to edit the text.

If a person fails the vetting, there is a configuration available (System Setting > add_vetting_visitor_to_watchlist) that when enabled, will add the visitor to the watchlist.
