Indicate Arrival

The user can let the host know of the visitor arrival by using the Arrived button.

To make use of this feature, the following System Settings need to be defined:

  • flexible_checked_in_status - Indicate whether visitors are moved from Waiting to Checked in Status (on the Guest Dashboard) based on the visitors badge being printed or being collected by the host(s).
  • send_visitor-waiting_notification - Send a reminder notification to the host that their visitor is waiting. The delay before this automated reminder is sent to the host is defined in the visitor_waiting_host_delay.
  • visitor_waiting_host_delay - The number of minutes before the reminder is sent
  • visitor_waiting_host_delay_limit - The maximum number of times that the reminder is sent.

Arrived

1. Click the Arrived button to confirm Guest's arrival on the Guest Dashboard;

2. A confirmation dialog will appear. If the Visitor you are trying to indicate the arrival is part of a group, you may choose between indicate an arrive only for this Visitor (Individual) or for the entire Group.
