Confirm / Manage Visit
The host creates a visit in the system and once all of the visitor details are input and the event is saved, an email can be sent to the Visitor. This email can be configured to include a link to: Confirm, Manage or Decline the visit. These links will redirect the guest to the Web App where they can perform certain actions based on the selected link.
This chapter covers all of the features that are available for the Web App.
Visitor invitation
The Web App link is created once the Visitor is invited by a Host. This will send an email to the Visitor with information regarding their visit. This includes information about the visit, including: host, date, time, check-in location, address, QR Code and the option to respond to the visit with "Confirm", "Manage Visit" and "Decline".
By selecting either the "Confirm" or "Manage Visit", the Visitor will be re-directed to the Visitor Web App.
