The email with the information about the visit can be "Confirmed", "Managed" or "Declined".

If the visitor clicks on "Decline" option, the Visitor Web App will note be used. The visit will be canceled straight away.

If the visitor clicks on "Decline" option, the system will be forward straight away to the message canceling the visit. There is no other question to double-check the action from the user.

If the user tries to manage the visit in the Visitor Web App after decline the visit, it will not be possible and a message error will be displayed in the screen.

After decline the visit, the visitor there is no more action in this flow.
