Audit Log

The Audit Log displays any changes that have been made to the the TDS Suite system, sorted by the relevant category. To view the Audit Log portlet, go to View > Audit Log.

The logs can be filtered by Date, Time and Content Type. It can also be filtered by username in the More Option filter.

After choosing the date and time, the content filters will allow for auditing changes made to key data in relation to some key Visitor Management features. These are:

  • System Settings
  • Kiosk Settings
  • Collection Points
  • User Roles
  • Clusters
  • NDA
  • Survey (including changes to questions and answers)
  • QR Settings
  • QR Form Fields
  • Visitor Types
  • Kiosk Translations
  • Web App Translations
  • Survey Translations
  • Reference Data:
    • Collection Point
    • Site
    • Zone 
    • Watchlist Type

The following example displays a change that was made to the System Setting content type, changing a value 'send_visitor_waiting_notification' to be disabled.
