Questions
The Questions panel display the list of questions configured for a survey. The Questions panel allows you to: Add, Edit, Remove, Move Up and Move Down.
Adding a New Question
1. On Survey Manager > Questions, select a survey and click on New:
2. The Add Question pop-up will be displayed where you must first select a suggested question or create a new one, both options are displayed when you start typing on the Alias field.

If you select a suggested question that was already answered in any survey, the Content and Type fields cannot be altered. Below an example where the '1 - Do you have a temperate?' question was selected, both content and type cannot be altered as this question was already answered on another survey.

3. After choosing a unanswered suggestion or creating a new question you need to configure the following information:
- Content - Is the text displayed in the question. From there you can then select one of 3 fields; Bold, Italic and Text Colour (HEX). When the text colour field is left empty, the text will automatically be set to black.
- Type - Is the type of answer that the question will have, the available types are:
- Text Field - Open text where the user will type the answer;
- Drop Down - A list of pre-configured option displayed through a drop down where the user can choose only one answer;
- Radio Button - A list of pre-configured options displayed in radio buttons where the user can choose only one answer;
- Checkbox Field - A list of pre-configured options displayed in checkboxes where the user can choose multiple ones as answer;
- Datepicker - A list of pre-configured options displayed in a calender where the user can choose only one answer;
- Visible on Kiosk - Defines if the question will be visible on the survey when displayed through the Kiosk Application;
- Kiosk Required - Defines if the question must be answered when displayed through the Kiosk Application;
- Visible on Web App - Defines if the question will be visible on the survey when displayed through the Web Application;
- Web App Required - Defines if the question must be answered when displayed through the Web Application;
- Sensitive - Defines if the content of the answer will be stored encrypted;
4. After defining the configurations of the question, click on the Save button to add the question to the Survey and close the pop-up.

5. The question is now displayed on the Questions panel when the Survey is selected.
Editing a Question
1. On Survey Manager > Questions, click on Edit;

2. The Edit Question pop-up will be displayed with the current Question information, you can then alter Alias, Content, Type, Visible on Kiosk, Kiosk Required, Visible on Web App, Web App Required and Sensitive. After altering the information, click on the Save button to save the new Question information and close the pop-up.

If you are editing a question that was already answered in any survey, the Content and Type fields cannot be altered.

Removing a Question
1. On Survey Manager > Questions, select a question and click on Remove;

2. A confirmation pop-up will be displayed, click on the Save button to confirm the duplication and close the pop-up.

When a question is removed, it will no longer be part of the Survey but will still exist as a suggested question which means that it can be used again in the future.
Important to notice that removing a question that contain answers mapped will result in those mappings being deleted.
Move Up and Move Down.
1. On Survey Manager > Questions, select a question and click on Move Up or Move Down;

2. The question will then be moved Up or Down on the Questions list.

The order displayed on the Questions list is the same order used to display the questions inside the Survey.
