Configure Notification

To open the Configuration Notification portlet, go to Menu > Settings > Configure Notification.

The portlet opens successfully. This portlet deals with the configuration notification of assigned areas and  the configuration notification sent to Host CcHost & Visitor. The Notifications deals with:

  • Creation
  • Edition
  • Deletion
  • CheckIn
  • CheckOut
  • Vetting Accept
  • Vetting Reject
  • Summary
  • Change Host
  • Removed CC Host
  • Reminder

Click Add button to add a new notification.

Enter the name of the new notification.

The first step is to assign a code to the new Notification. This code shall appear on the grid of the notification.

Configure the notification to the assigned areas

For step 2, Assign the location by selecting the Sites, Buildings and/or Collection Points that the new notification will apply to.

Configure the notification sending

Step 3 will configure the notification sending. To do this, tick the relevant boxes to enable the sending notification to the CcHost(s), Host, Visitor. These notifications can be configured for the:

  • Creation
  • Edition
  • Deletion
  • Checkin
  • CheckOut
  • Vetting Accept
  • Vetting Reject
  • Summary
  • Change Host
  • Removed CC Host
  • Reminder

The notifications that are enabled/disabled can be seen on the main Grid of the portlet.
