When the Collection Point associated to the Visit has the Check ID setting on (see Collection Point section), the Print button on Reception portlet will be changed to a toggle through which user must confirm that Guest ID was verified.

1. Click the Check the Guest photo ID icon to confirm Guest's ID checked;

2. A confirmation dialog will appear. If the Visitor you are trying to check ID for is part of a group, you may choose between checking ID only for this Visitor (Individual) or for the entire Group.

3.  Once ID Check is complete, the toggle becomes the standard Print button.

If for any reason you need to undo the ID check confirmation, follow these steps:

1. Click the  Print visitor label icon;

2. On the Print Label popup, click the Uncheck ID button;

3. A confirmation dialog will appear. If the Visitor you are trying to uncheck ID for is part of a group, you may choose between unchecking ID only for this Visitor (Individual) or for the entire Group.

4. After the uncheck, the Print button becomes the Check the guest photo ID icon
