Parcel Management portlet
The portlet will refresh automatically every 30 seconds. To change this, open the Menu Settings portlet and search for the settings 'Autorefreshdelay' and change the value. Not that the value that is input is in seconds.
There are 4 widgets displayed in the Parcel Management portlet; The Delivery Log, Parcel Collection, Parcel Detail and Delivery Overview. Firstly, the required location needs to be set in the More Options filter to populate the tables.
Note that Parcels can only be registered within the 'TDS MyVisitor' mobile application.
Receive parcel
If a parcel arrives but it has not been registered prior to delivery, it can still be taken in. This is done by pressing the 'Receive Parcel' button.

Then it is required to select the recipient of the parcel. Followed by that, the courier who delivered the parcel and optionally, an image of the parcel label can be either uploaded from the device or a new image can be taken from the device.

To add a new image, the camera icon must be pressed and a pop will appear. The dotted rectangle should be moved to align with the label. Once happy, the 'Take photo' is pressed to capture the image. A new pop up will appear with the newly captured with a button to 'Go back' which will allow the photo to be retaken and a 'Use photo' button which will use this image.
This dotted line may be expanded by navigating to the either edge of the rectangle and once a two sided arrow appears, clicking and dragging the rectangle to the desired size
Once complete, the 'Save' button will confirm the image. Optionally, the 'Reset' button will reset the form and the 'Cancel' button will close the popup without saving any changes made.
Next, the view will be returned to the previous page and the 'Save' button will make a pop-up appear that will allow a Notification to be sent by either e-mail and/or SMS. After selecting the required notification, this message can be confirmed by pressing the '✓ Send' button. This will change the status of the parcel to Received.

Delivery Log
This will display the parcels that have been received and those that are expected. The expected parcels are those that have been registered and are yet to be delivered. However, the received status will show the parcels that have not been preregistered but have been delivered.

Parcel Collection
The pending status is the same as the received status in the Delivery Log and it also shows the parcels that have not been preregistered but have been delivered. The collected status will show all the parcels that have been collected by the recipient.

Parcel Detail
The Parcel Detail widget allows for the monitoring of parcels. It provides the delivery information of the parcel, allows for editing/canceling of the parcel and send reminders to the recipient about the delivery of the parcel. To view the information of the parcel, simply select it in the Delivery Log/Parcel Collection widget and the parcel details will be displayed. The following bullet points describe the details available for each parcel status:
- Expected parcel detail - The expected parcels are those that have been registered and are yet to be delivered.
