Upcoming visits are displayed in the panel at the right of the Quick Register.

To open the My visits page, click the Show my visits link at the top of the Upcoming Visits section (1).

All Visits where the current user is registered as Host are displayed. Use the search bar to look for a specific person or location (1). New Visit and Check Out features are explained in the next articles. Colour coding is in place to easily identify a Visit's status. The colours used are as follows:

• New Visits (visits that were just added by the user) are displayed in Blue (2)
• Visits pending Approval (auto-approval - off) are displayed in yellow (3)
• Visits pending Watchlist Approval (auto-approval - off) are displayed in dark red (4)
• Visitors who are currently checked-in are highlighted in green (5)
• Visitors who have been checked-out are highlighted in orange (6)
• Cancelled visits are displayed in red (7)

Further actions are available from the top banner:

1. Go back to the main QR page;

2. Select/unselect all records being presented at the actual page;

3. Refreshes the information;

After selecting one of multiple records, it is possible to:

4. Create a new Visit using existing records;

5. Cancel the Visit(s) selected;

6. If the Visit is booked for the current day, check the Visitor in;

7. If the Visitor is currently checked-in, check the Visitor out.
