Add a new Event

1. On Guest Event portlet, click Add;

2. Add New Visitor Event popup will be presented. Fill out the required fields:

  • Event Description - a unique identifier for your event;
  • Start Date - date and time when the event starts;
  • End Date - date and time when the event ends;
  • Zone - building where the event is held; important to define which Collection Points will accept registrations for this event.

3. Click Save to commit the inclusion or Cancel to abort it.
