Cancel visit

At any time before the check-in, a visit can be cancelled. This can be done through QR page (see Delete a visit section) or Reception portlet.

The cancel option is only available for Read Write and Administrator user roles.

To cancel a visit, click the Cancel visitor icon in Action column.

A confirmation dialog will appear. If this is a group visit, you may choose between deleting only this Visitor (Individual) or cancelling the entire Group. Keep the checkbox selected if you want Host, Visitor and CC (when included) to receive an email about the visit cancelled. 

Once deleted, the visit disappears from Reception portlet, and on Registered, Visitor Log and Visitor Archive portlets it is presented with a X icon on the Reference column as in the following image.
