Configure Notification
To open the Configuration Notification portlet, go to Menu > Settings > Configure Notification.
The portlet opens successfully. This portlet deals with the configuration notification of assigned areas and the configuration notification sent to Host CcHost & Visitor. The Notifications deals with Creation; Edition; Deletion; CheckIn
Click Add button to add a new notification.
Enter the name of the new notification.
Assign a code to the new Notification. This code shall appear on the grid of the notification.
configure the notification to the assigned areas
Assign the location; zones/Buildings and collection point to the new notification.
configure the notification sending.
On Step 3 Configure the notification sending, To do this, tick the relevant boxes to enable the sending notification to the CcHost(s), Host, Visitor. These notifications can be configured for the
- Creation
- Edition
- Deletion
- Checkin
The notification can be seen on the main Grid of the portlet.
