This portlet is a reduced, and therefore quicker, version of Visitor Log view. It also allows users to see Guests' photos.

To open Visitor Archive portlet, go to Menu > View > Visitor Archive.

By default, the records are displayed ordered by Due Date. Any cancelled Visits will present a red tick on Reference column.

To view a Guest's picture, select Photo checkbox and click the row with Visitor data. If there is no photo associated to that Visitor, 'No Photo Available' message displays.
