1. On Approve Visits portlet, click the Reject a visitor icon;

2. A confirmation dialog will appear. If the Visitor you are trying to reject is part of a group, you may choose between rejecting only this Visitor (Individual) or the entire Group.

3. After the visit is rejected, the Approved column gets populated with a red tick on Approve Visits.
