NDA Management

This portlet allows administrators to view the Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) list set to be used on the Kiosks. It is also possible to add, edit and delete NDAs.

To open NDA Management portlet, go to Menu > Setting > Message Templates.

All existent NDA  are presented on grid. The template name (Message Template column) indicates its use - e.g. 'email_invite_visitor' is the template used in the email sent to guests after a visit registration.

Add New NDA

1. On NDA Management portlet, click the Add New NDA button.

2. Add New NDA form is shown. Fill out the required fields:

  • Language: Select the Language.

3. Optionally, you may inform:

  • NDA Description: Enter the description of the NDA you are adding;
  • Area Type: Select the area type;
  • Area: Select the area;
  • Visit Reason: Select the visit reason.

4. Click Save to commit the inclusion.

Edit NDA

1. Click the Edit NDA icon in the Action column;

2. The same form used for the add operation will be presented with the NDA data retrieved; all fields can be edited.

3. After changing the information, click Save to update.

Delete NDA

1. To delete an NDA, click the Bin icon Delete NDA in the Action column.

2. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Yes to confirm the operation, or No to abort it.

NDA Content

Upon selecting an NDA on the NDA List. The HTML and CSS will be displayed on the NDA Content panel on the right.

Edit NDA Content

1. To edit the HTML content just click inside the HTML text-box.

2. To edit the CSS content just click inside the CSS text-box.

3. After changing the information, click Save to update, or Preview to visualize the changes made.
