Open Approve Visits
When the Collection Point associated to a Visit has the Auto Approval setting off (see Collection Point section) - usually to reinforce security - the visit will first appear on Approve Visits portlet, through which it can be approved or rejected.
To open the Approve Visits portlet, go Menu > Task > Approve Visits.
By default, the portlet shows all visits associated to a Collection Point that does not have Auto Approval for the day. An orange icon on Approved column indicates the visits that are pending approval.
