Open Guest Event
Events can be created to manage large numbers of Guests (e.g. conferences) through QR page (see Register for an Event section) or Guest Event portlet. Visitors can then be registered for these events on QR and Event tablets.
To open the Guest Event portlet, go to Menu > Task > Guest Event.
The grid shows information about the registered events; Zone indicates the building where the Event is held.
Some clients may have the ORCA column configured to check whether the event has been interfaced from a third party event management system or not.
